Gym Manager

The gym manager will oversee all aspects of the day to day operations of the gym as a supervisor on duty. All activities will be conducted under the direction of the operations manager. 

Responsibilities will include: 
Opening/closing the facility 
Checking the facility for safety/cleanliness issues 
Checking in/accepting payment from customers 
Selling services, memberships, and retail items 
Counting registers at the beginning and end of all shifts 
Supervising and organizing all floor staff 
Maintaining a safe, positive and productive atmosphere 
Provide excellent customer service in person or over the phone 
Process daily paperwork 
Be able to perform all floor staff functions 

Class instruction
Other management duties as assigned 

Desired Skills and Experience: 
High School Diploma 
Previous indoor rock climbing and belaying experience preferred
Previous management position 
Detail oriented and organized 
Punctual and reliable 
Customer service and sales experience 
Outgoing, friendly personality
