Day Of:

Remind everyone to have their waivers filled out

Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your party

Check-in at the front desk

Ensure the arrival and check-in of each guest

Party & Event Deposit Refund Policy:

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

If you cancel your party or event with at least 48 hours notice prior to event start time, it may be transferred and applied toward another party or event if you need to reschedule your party.

If you cancel your party or event with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit is not to be applied towards another party and is non-refundable.
